Scrittore che era anche pilota, e che non manca di stupirci con un velo di mistero legato alla sua improvvisa  sparizione avvenuta subito dopo la pubblicazione del libro. Volava sul suo aeroplano quando questo scomparso dai radar non è stato più ritrovato.&lt;br&gt;  Abbattuto dai tedeschi? O semplice diserzione? Non si sa. La storia del piccolo principe lo vedrà coinvolto in numerosi incontri, interessanti che dimostreranno come due mondi distinti come quelli di adulti e bambini abbiano punti in comune e non.&lt;br&gt;  La spontaneità e l&amp;#39;innocenza del piccolo principe davanti alle diverse tragedie degli adulti è molto toccante. Come quando il piccolo principe incontra il vecchio ubriaco e gli chiede perché egli beva, e lui risponde, per dimenticare, e che cosa vuoi dimenticare, e lui: &amp;quot;non me lo ricordo più.&amp;quot; Oppure l&amp;#39;incontro con l&amp;#39;uomo d&amp;#39;affari che conta le stelle... E molti altri ancora. Ci sono discipline che mirano ad equilibrare la postura e a dare serenità alla mente, altre che cercano di frenare le pulsioni, come l&amp;#39;ipnosi, altre ancora che prevedono comunque l&amp;#39;utilizzo di preparati medicinali, come nel caso dell&amp;#39;omeopatia. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm"&gt;Sia per quanto riguarda la fetta della popolazione che ricorre all&amp;#39;uso di farmaci anche se non facenti parte della medicina tradizionale (fitoterapia, omeopatia), sia invece l&amp;#39;insieme di persone che si dedicano a pratiche che mantengono il corpo in salute puntando sulla prevenzione, la percentuale si aggira intorno al 20% un buon risultato che comunque ci pone abbastanza al di sotto nella classifica europea. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm"&gt;Il resto dei paesi del continente già da tempo hanno compreso i benefici molteplici e la sicura efficacia di questi metodi di guarigione, che operano le rispetto dell&amp;#39;individuo e del contesto in cui vive. La medicina "olistica" non prende in considerazione il singolo sintomo, la malattia specifica, ma l&amp;#39;insieme della persona. Ciò che si prefigge è di intendere la salute come uno stato di equilibrio tra tutte le parti che costituiscono l&amp;#39;insieme-persona. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm"&gt;Quello che più conta è mettere l&amp;#39;attenzione sull&amp;#39;importanza di uno stile di vita sano che ci garantisce una prevenzione certa contro molte complicazioni del corpo e della mente. Un valido aiuto in questo è lo yoga, anche grazie alle diverse scuole che sono state create e che aiutano chiunque a trovare quello che fa al proprio caso. Yoga e meditazione sono l&amp;#39;accoppiata vincente. L&amp;#39;attività fisica connessa allo yoga dà benefici alla circolazione come alla digestione, inoltre risolve problemi posturali e dolori alle articolazioni. La meditazione invece ha la capacità di abbassare il livello di sensibilità al dolore, contribuendo a resistere meglio alla sofferenza fisica. Negli Sati Uniti un gruppo di ricerca di Seattle ha portato avanti uno studio sulla socialità, le capacità comunicative e di concentrazione di bambini affetti ad autismo. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;E' stato dimostrato che lo yoga, attraverso l'impegno fisico e mentale, può diventare per il bambino un modo di essere coinvolto, divertendosi, abbassando i livelli di stress e sperimentando uno stato di relax. Con il passare del tempo, prendendo confidenza con gli esercizi il bambino impara a rilasciare la tensione, ad ascoltare il proprio corpo e ad esserne quindi consapevole. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;La ricerca ha dimostrato come in questo caso si sia notevolmente ridotta l'incidenza di reazioni impulsive e prive di autocontrollo. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;Gli studiosi, consapevoli che tali bambini hanno una maggiore sensibilità e facilità di relazione nei confronti di animali e oggetti, hanno utilizzato proprio le asana che rappresentano personaggi del mondo animale oppure oggetti inanimati. Il mala si tiene in mano e ad ogni ripetizione del mantra si sposta un grano, si cerca così di aiutare la mente a non trovare scappatoie, a non allontanarsi dal suo nobile intento. Dopo minuti di pratica ci si sente completamente rapiti. Ad ogni conclusione del ciclo dei grani del mala si ritorna alla consapevolezza del momento di preghiera che si sta vivendo. Ma invece si tratta di qualcosa di molto più serio, lo Yoga Nidra, che ha le sue origini nel principio tantrico di saper concentrare la mente in un punto, per cui anche durante il sonno, con questo livello di focalizzazione sulla coscienza di sé, non si è solo addormentati, ma si è all'ascolto di una parte molto profonda di noi stessi.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;Si rilasciano tutte le tensioni corporee, i traumi emotivi e gli shock e con la respirazione si assorbe il Prana, che ci permette di ricaricarci di luce, restando leggeri e puliti. Una respirazione che si possa definire come yogica prevede tre parti facenti parte della medesima azione-respirazione, tre parti che devono essere integrate fluidamente. La respirazione deve quindi interessare la zona addominale, toracica e clavicolare. Riuscire a portare la respirazione in queste aree del nostro corpo è più semplice quando l'atto viene compiuto in una situazione di serenità e concentrazione e soprattutto con una lentezza e profondità adatta alla pratica. La tecnica deve riuscire ad entrare nell'individuo fino a diventare abitudine. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;Contrariamente a quanto si possa credere la fase più importante della respirazione è l'espirazione. Prima di respirare "a pieni polmoni" dobbiamo svuotare la cassa toracica e l'addome dall'aria già presente. L'espirazione inoltre dev'essere più lunga dell'inspirazione. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;C'è proprio un ritmo perfetto che si può raggiungere nella tecnica respiratoria. Le pause sono altrettanto importanti. Non siamo abituati a sospendere la respirazione con i polmoni vuoti o pieni. La ritenzione dovrebbe avere la durata di un secondo. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;Si può definire la respirazione come un automassaggio agli organi interni, un aiuto contro la depressione e per lo stress psicofisico. Infatti allo yoga si associa ormai automaticamente un nso di libertà e di "via per la libertà" che forse non è propriamente adatta a questa forma di terapia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sicuramente molti avranno sentito parlare di &lt;a href="http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patch_Adams"&gt;Patch Adams&lt;/a&gt;,  e del resto come si fa a non conoscerlo... La struttura sorge su un alto basamento da cui si gode di una magnifica vista delle colline e del loro versanti. A base rettangolare, sul lato occidentale c'è il Garbhagriha, con Vidya Ganapati da un lato e Durga sull'altro lato dell'ingresso.    Sugli gli altri tre latici sono dei santuari a Brahma, Vishnu e Maheshwara asieme alle loro consorti.    Nel centro della struttura c'è un mandala con dodici colonne, grandi monoliti. Su questi dodici pilastri vi sono raffigurati i dodici segni dello zodiaco e sono disposti in modo tale che il sole illumina a seconda del periodo il segno corrisposndente.    Il piano interrato è riccamente scolpito con animali, storie di Puranic, Siva, Vishnu, Dasavatara, Kali, Shanmukha e così via.    Dalle grotte degli angoli della sala centrale pendono catene di anelli di pietra che è una caratteristica comune del periodo Vijayanagar.    Per lo studioso di iconografia indù, questo tempio è un vero e proprio museo della scultura.    La meditazione del Linga (Vidya Shankara Linga) nel santuario e le altre Murtis porterà alla realizzazione divina.    A Vidyatirtha Rathotsava si celebra su una grande scala durante Kartika Shukla paksha. Il festival si estende per sette giorni da Tritiya a Navami. Il giorno ashtami Sua Santità effettua speciale Puja. Rappresenta un'evoluzione della scrittura Brahmi.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;  Nellas crittura Devanagari ogni simbolo rappresenta una consonante seguita da una A le diverse vocali scaturiscono dalla radice dell simbolo con la a e l'aggiunta di un simbolo ulteiriore detto matra. &lt;p&gt;  Descrive una serie di esercizi yoga di tipo kriya e pratiche di meditazione che sono progettati per quelli risvegliare la coscienza della natura universale dell'anima e della spiritualità grandi. Yoga Kundalini è a volte chiamato lo yoga della consapevolezza, perché "risveglia" il kundalini che è il potenziale illimitato che già esiste in ogni essereumano.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;  Con il termine &lt;a href="http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kundalini"&gt;Kundalini&lt;/a&gt; si intende un tipo di energia legata al corpo che si trova però ad un livello più sottile rispetto all'aspetto della materia visibile.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;  Quando la kundalini non è attiva, cioè non si ha consapevolezza di qusta energia e/o è potenzialmente bloccata o "assopita", tradizionalmente la si rappresenta come un serpente dormiente avvoltoattorno alla base della colonna vertebrale, in corrispondenza con l'ultimo o chakra. &lt;/p&gt; 	Lo ammetto. Amo le Olimpiadi. A vederli questi ultimi giorni diversi mi ha fatto capire quanto il processo di diventare un olimpionico si allinea con la filosofia yoga. In primo luogo, ci vuole un sacco di tapas (parola yoga per il fuoco, intensit&amp;agrave;, passione) per formare giorno dopo giorno. In secondo luogo, per diventare un atleta di tale livello, molto studio del proprio sport &amp;egrave; coinvolto. In yoga, chiamiamo questo adhik&amp;agrave;ra (la volont&amp;agrave; di essere sempre uno studente / sempre pronto ad imparare ed evolvere). Quando ho iniziato a praticare e studiare Anusara yoga, ho imparato a conoscere il concetto di &amp;quot;apertura alla grazia.&amp;quot; Come tendo a fare, all&amp;#39;inizio ho troppo intellettualizzato il tutto e sono rimasto perplesso da ci&amp;ograve; che esattamente &amp;egrave; o dovrebbe essere . Eppure, nonostante tutti i &amp;quot;pensieri&amp;quot; c&amp;#39;&amp;egrave; sempre stata una piccola voce interiore che continuava a dire di non preoccuparsi, che la Grazia non &amp;egrave; necessario che sia ben definita. Che, forse, attraverso la definizione, diminuisce la sua magia... E cos&amp;igrave; dopo che uno si lascia andare e smette di cercare di capire qualcosa, le cose cominciano a diventare pi&amp;ugrave; chiare. Lo Yoga può essere utile</title><content type='html'>&lt;p&gt; 	Ogni anno sembra pi&amp;ugrave; la gente che conosco ha l&amp;#39;asma. Non so se &amp;egrave; l&amp;#39;et&amp;agrave;, la dieta, l&amp;#39;ambiente, o qualcosa di totalmente differente. Esiste una tecnica di respirazione veloce, che pu&amp;ograve; essere molto utile: Inspirate attraverso le narici e richiede molto tempo espira lentamente attraverso la bocca con una cannuccia. Il inala rimanere con il naso, ma ogni espirazione immagina una piuma sulla fine della paglia e il respiro in modo dolcemente e lentamente che questa penna immaginario si muove a stento. Utilizzare gli addominali per allungare delicatamente il respiro fuori. Creare un dialogo franco. Il cuore di una accesa discussione. Sono in tutto una discussione carica quando entrambe le parti hanno qualcosa da dire e la capacit&amp;agrave; verbale di farlo con intelligenza. Mi rendo conto che la mia ipotesi contestata e si chiede di chiarire le mie dichiarazioni. Si pu&amp;ograve; farfugliare un po nel processo, ottenere i miei sentimenti un po&amp;#39; male, ma - alla fine - mi fa molto pi&amp;ugrave; sicuro nelle mie convinzioni ... o mi costringe a cambiare la mia mente sono abbastanza sicuro, una mente in via di estinzione. A volte abbiamo solo bisogno di essere tranquilli e lasciare che lo yoga entri in tutti i nostri &amp;quot;cantucci&amp;quot;. Lo Yoga &amp;egrave; un respiro semplice, elegante. Un appuntamento imperdibile in cui ci si potrà immergere nel mondo della meditazione del Kundalini Yoga avvolti dall&amp;#39;energia della luna piena. Solitamente l&amp;#39;evento comprende tre meditazioni che possono anche diventare cinque. La serata si divide in diverse fasi: purificazione, guarigione, rilassamento ed elevazione. La meditazione principale sarà quella dei cristalli, in cui i partecipanti in cerchio si passano pietre preziose e semi preziose al ritmo del mantra WAHE GURU per armonizzare e purificare il gruppo. Seguono altre due meditazioni importanti che illumineranno il gruppo. &lt;p&gt; 	Le citt&amp;agrave; crescono, crescono di misura crescono di abitanti e con loro cresce la frenesia ed l&amp;#39;agitazione.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; 	&lt;br /&gt; 	Trovare una condizione natruale priva di turbamento e ricca di rilassamento non &amp;egrave;
